IV.3- The Projects:
I shared in the activities of the following projects:
a- The project of monitoring of River Nile pollution within the period of two years (1991-1992) in the institute of Side Effects of the High Dam, it is an Egyptian-Canadian project belongs to the Ministry of Irrigation and water resources. I shared as a scientific advisor and supervisor of M.Sc. thesis of the student Kamal Rabie. I also arranged two training courses for the chemists who are working in this project.
b- The project (1990-1991) of developing the work in institute of weeds and channel maintenance, Ministry of Irrigation and water resources. I shared this project via supervision of the M.Sc. of the student Maha M. Ali as a part of this project.
c- The projects (NARP and SEMARP) of developing procedures of storing food stuffs in the institute of Food Technology, Ministry of Agriculture via supervision of M.Sc. theses of the students, Amel Abd El-Karim and Amani El-Kheshen during the period 1991-1992 and 1992-1993
d- The project (1992-1994)of separation of soluble silicates from residuals of brick stone plants and from Egyptian Kaolin in National Research Center (Unit of Ceramics), Egyptian Academy of Science, via supervision of the M.Sc. of the student Mahmoud Farag Zawara.
e- The project (1994-1996) of preparation of pure magnesium and chromium compounds from Egyptian Kaolin in National Research Center (Unit of Inorganic Chemistry), Egyptian Academy of Science, via supervision of the M.Sc. of the student Moklis Abd El- Zaher El-Abied.
f- The project (1993-1995 and 1995-1997)of finding new, accurate and cheap analytical methods for monitoring of iron, chromium and aluminum in anodizing and electroplating processes in Helwan Engineering Company (Military plan 99) and also for monitoring of phosphates in phosphatising process; via supervision of the M.Sc. and Ph.D. of Amel Ismael Mohamed.
g- The Project (1993-1995) of separation of yellow cake and concentration of rare earths from Egyptian Black sands and Monazite in the nuclear authority, via supervision of a Ph.D. of the student Kamal Abdel Baki Rabie.
